摘　　要： 本文从构思"十二五"规划大局出发,全面论述了学院的实训中心、发展方向和办学思路、师资队伍、专业发展、特色与品牌建设等有关学院科学发展的目标任务和治学理念。 This paper starts from the key perspectives of the ＂twelfth five-year＂ plan to state the problems of practical training centers, development directions with educational philosophy, faculty teams, programs development, features and brands, etc. for the establishment of our institute, and set forth deeply with comprehension the guidelines and educational philosophy for improving the development of our institute.
