摘 要: 在迟菜心种子发育过程中,用特效植物营养素(SPNE)喷施植株,比较处理和对照的种子在下一代生长的生物产量、商品产量、种子产量及种子后代幼苗的差异。结果表明:SPNE处理的种子能产生表观遗传增产效果;两代都用SPNE处理的种子后代幼苗比用SPNE处理一代的种子后代幼苗效果好,用SPNE处理一代的种子后代幼苗超过两代未用SPNE处理的对照幼菌,即SPNE产生的表观遗传效应随处理代数增加而增强。 SPNE (Special plant nutritional element)was sprayed to plant of late flowering cabbage when its seeds were developed.The seeds of treatment and contrast were planted for comparing biological yield, commodities yield, the yield of seeds and difference of seedling at next generation. The result showed that the seeds treated by SPNE in last generation and next generation that above character were better than the only treated by SPNE in next generation. The seedling from seeds treated by SPNE two generation was the best. The effect of epigenetic inherit could be enhanced with generation treated by SPNE be increasingly.
