添加Al_2O_3对玻璃与可伐合金封接性能的影响

摘  要: 通过测定玻璃在可伐合金表面的接触角,研究了添加Al2O3颗粒对玻璃润湿性的影响,并从气密性、绝缘电阻、爬坡高度和玻璃的抗开裂性能四个指标分析了添加Al2O3颗粒对改善玻璃与可伐合金封接性能的影响。结果表明,添加Al2O3的数量和粒度都将影响玻璃的润湿性能,Al2O3数量的增加和粒度的减小将降低玻璃在可伐合金表面的润湿性能,同时添加Al2O3还可强化基体玻璃的抗破坏能力。在DM308基体玻璃中添加10wt%Al2O3颗粒后,极大改善了基体玻璃的封接性能,封接件的气密性、绝缘电阻、玻璃沿引线爬坡高度以及玻璃绝缘子抗开裂性能大大提高。 The welting ability of glass added with Al2O3 on Kovar alloy was investigated by measuring the contact angle.The effects of addition of Al2O3 on leakage rate,insulation resistance,height of glass along the pins and cracking resistance of glass were investigated for glass to Kovar sealing.The results showed that the amount and size of Al2O3 could affect the welting ability of glass on Kovar alloy,and the welting ability of glass reduces as the increase of amount of Al2O3 and the decrease of size of Al2O3,and the destruction resistant capability of glass was strengthened.The sealing performance of glass was improved significantly by adding 10wt% Al2O3 into DM308,and the performances of leakage rate,insulation resistance,height of glass along the pins and cracking resistance of glass were greatly improved.
