摘　　要： 提高高校科研经费的使用效率和效益是科研管理绩效的一项重要工作。文章分析了当前高校科研经费管理中存在的经费预算编制不科学、经费支出混乱、结题不结账、科研资产流失等问题，并就这些问题提出了相应的对策和建议。 It is an important job to improve the efficiency of scientific researCh funds and benefit of scientific research management. This paper analyzes the present existing problem which includes budget making, expenditure chaos, ending project but not closing account, scientific research assets loss in university＇s scientific research funds management, and proposes some corresponding suggestions.
