摘　　要： 农民工不应是弱势群体,国家应当赋予他们平等的公民权。农民工问题,是在我国社会转型过程中由于利益关系的改变而引起的社会矛盾和社会冲突。农民工问题的产生有多种原因,我国的户籍制度是主因,农民工问题根源在于社会方面的某些不公正。在法治的背景下,依据法治的精神完善我国相关法律制度,是解决农民工问题的重要途径。 Migrant workers should not be disadvantaged.
