摘 要: 食品安全监管是近年来学界关注的焦点与热点之一。通过对学界食品安全监管问题研究成果的梳理,不难发现,学界的研究主要集中在法律制度、"分段监管"体制及地方政府职责定位三个方面。解决以上问题,学界的认识基本一致,即加强立法完善食品安全监管的法律制度保障;变"分段监管"为"垂直监管"、合作监管;加强地方政府监管过程中的责任机制,培育第三种力量,努力构建一种能够保障个人、团体、政府、媒体各方利益平衡点的监管体制。 Food safety supervision is hot in the field of academic.It is not difficult to find that the academic is concentraExperience and lessonsd in the legal system,segmental supervision,local government duties and positions through combing researches.The academic have basic consensuses to solve the problems.The consensuses are strengthening the legislation to improve food safety regulatory;making 'segmental supervision' become 'vertical supervision' and cooperation supervision;Strengthening local government supervision mechanism of liability,developing of the third power to build a to safeguarding which will make individual,group,government,media interest keep balance.
