摘 要: 以可自由基聚合的松香衍生物——氢化丙烯酸松香(β-丙烯酰氧基乙基)酯(AHR-2-HEA)作为增黏树脂,采用预乳化半连续乳液聚合法制备了PSA(压敏胶)用基体树脂(松香衍生物-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液)。结果表明:AHR-2-HEA参与了体系的共聚反应,并且其与体系的相容性良好;当w(AHR-2-HEA)=8%时,PSA的综合性能最佳,此时初粘力为10#钢球、180°剥离强度为674 N/m且持粘力超过72 h。 With radical-polymerizable rosin derivatives (AHR-2-HEA) as tackifying resin,a rosin derivativesacrylate copolymer emulsion, which was used as matrix resin of PSA(pressure-sensitive adhesive),was prepared by pre-emulsifying and semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The results showed that the AHR-2-HEA participates in copolymerization of system,and the compatibility between AHR-2-HEA and systems was good. The PSA had optimal combination property because its initial tack was 10# steel ball, 180° peeling strength was 674 N/m and hold tack exceed 72 h when mass fraction of AHR-2-HEA was 8%.
