柔性液压自封抽油系统

摘  要: 现有抽油机系统运动性能差、能量传递环节多、结构复杂、能耗高,为了提高机械采油技术整体水平和抽油泵泵效,根据柔性传动及液压自封原理,研制了柔性液压自封抽油系统。单曲柄倍程抽油机以柔性传递代替刚性传递,简化能量传递环节,实现小体积的同时,降低了能量损失;液压自封柱塞泵采用复合密封和多级扶正方式,解决了漏失大、偏磨等问题。实现了低能耗、高效率举升,平均泵效提高26%,系统效率提高25%以上,现场应用取得了理想效果。 In light of the current problems of poor movement performance, multi-transmission links, complicated structure and higher energy consumption for oil pumping system, in order to improve the overall level and the pump efficiency of the mechanical oil producing techniques, flexible hydraulic pressure self-sealing pumping system is developed according to the principles of flexible driven and hydraulic pressure self-sealing. Single-crank double-stroke pumping units use flexible transmission instead of rigid one to simplify energy transmission links, reduce the volume and energy loss; Hydraulic pressure self-sealing ram pump solves the problems such as serious leakage, easy to wear etc with the help of adopting compound seal and multi-stage uprightness. The system has implemented lowenergy consumption and high-efficiency lift, the average pump efficiency is up to 26%, the system efficiency is enhanced 25% above, obviously, the ideal effects of the system in field application are obtained.
