摘 要: 许多组织每年投入大量资金于信息技术和信息系统,而IT产业快速的技术进步,使得系统升级成为组织IT主管时常面对的难题。对于信息系统升级决策而言,组织不仅要考虑版本升级费用,还要考虑诸多相关的技术、组织和管理问题。通过使用对数学习曲线探讨了信息系统升级决策优化问题,研究了组织计划升级信息系统时面临的两类决策情景及其对应的决策模型,提出了适用于两类决策情景下的决策方法,并用算例进行了详细演算。 Many organizations have invested a lot of capital in information technology and information system every year,while the rapid technological progress in IT industry has made information system upgrade a difficult problem that IT managers have to face.For the decision of information systems upgrade,organizations have to consider not only software upgrade cost,but also many technological,organizational and managerial problems.By using logistic learning curve,this paper explores decision problems of information system upgrade,researches on two types of decision context and its decision models,proposes two approaches to the context mentioned above,and introduces the applications of the two approaches in details with numerical case.
