摘 要: 创新是企业可持续发展的灵魂,变革型领导对员工创新有实质性影响。基于350份数据样本,探讨和验证了变革型领导、心理安全、员工创造力和创新工作绩效之间关系。研究结果显示,变革型领导对员工创新工作绩效有显著正向影响;员工创造力在变革型领导与创新工作绩效之间起到完全中介作用;员工感知心理安全对变革型领导与员工创造力的关系有显著调节作用。最后,针对研究结论的启示和意义进行了探讨。 Innovation is the enterprises' soul of continuing growth.Transformational leadership is critical to employees' innovation.The relationships among transformational leadership(TL),psychological safety(PS),creativity(CRTY),and innovative job performance(IJP) are discussed with 350 samples.The results show as follows:TL is positively related to IJP;CRTY fully mediates the TL-IJP relationship;perceived PS moderates the TL-CRTY relationship.Finally,enlightenments and implications of these results are discussed.
