摘 要: 气垫装置广泛应用于热处理线上非接触稳定地传输带钢或塑料、纸质等薄膜制品。气体动力性能作为气垫稳定装置的关键参数,是其结构设计和相关设备选型的理论依据。结合理论计算与数值模拟研究,主要分析了狭缝喷射气垫装置的结构参数(垫升高度、狭缝宽度等)与运行参数(如气垫压力、射流速度)等条件对气垫流场压力分布特性(均匀性、幅值、压力系数)的影响。结果表明:气垫垫升高度h越小,狭缝宽度b越大,气垫箱体压力值越大,气垫层稳定压力值Pc越大,狭缝喷嘴间距对Pc值无显著影响。研究结果为实现主动型气垫稳定装置在热镀锌带钢生产现场实际应用中提供参考依据。 The air cushion devices were widely used for the cont actless and stable transfer of strip steel,plastic,paper and other webs in heat treatment production line.The aerodynamic characteristics were the key parameters of air cushion stabilization device,and it was the theoretical basis for the structure design and selection of related equipment.Based on the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,the influence of structure parameters of the slit jet air cushion device(such as flotation height,slit width,etc) and the operation parameters(such as air pressure,jet velocity),and other conditions on the air flow pressure distribution characteristics(such as uniformity,amplitude,pressure coefficient) were mainly analyzed.The results showed that,the smaller the air cushion flotation height h was,the bigger the slit width b was,the greater the pressure value of the air cushion box was,the greater the air cushion layer stable pressure value Pc was,and the slit nozzle gap had no significant effect on the Pc value.The research result provided reference basis for practical applications of the active kind air cushion stabilization devices in the production locale of hot-dip galvanizing strip steel.
