摘　　要： 深入研究了加拿大国家研究所实验室安全与环保管理措施,分析了其先进的管理理念、浓厚的安全与环保管理文化、完善的教育与培训体系、硬性的准入制度、高效的安全管理组织构架、严格的实验原材料存储和废弃物处理流程。再结合我国高校在实验室安全与环保管理方面存在的主要问题和管理现状,以及我国高校实验室安全与环保管理的历史文化。以提高我国高校实验室安全与环保管理工作水平为目的,提出了对我国高校具有借鉴意义的几点措施。 Based on the study on laboratory safety and environmental protection management of NRC （ National Research Council, Canada）, their advanced management concepts, strong culture of safety and environmental management, perfect education and training system, rigid access system, efficient architecture of safety management, strict raw materials storage and waste treatment processes were expatiated. Combined the main problems, management cultures and development status of laboratory safety and environmental protection and management of university and college of China, some advices and initiatives to laboratory safety and environmental protection management were proposed for improving the management level of colleges and universities of China.
