摘 要: 针对参加内科规范化培训的住院医师,在血液病的教学中,多种传统教学方式与多媒体、网络教学相结合,提高教学效果;注重临床思维的培养和训练,提高诊断和鉴别诊断水平;以临床实用性为指导,构建血液病临床教学的框架;科学性和趣味性相结合,激发学习兴趣;强调"三基"为纲,不忘介绍前沿进展;培养高素质的具有扎实临床基础的内科医师。 According to the characteristics of internal medicine residents who receive standard training, the following aspects are emphasized in hematology teaching: combining various traditional teaching patterns with multimedia-assisted and network-based teaching to improve teaching effectiveness, paying attention to training clinical thinking to upgrade the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis, framing clinical teaching content of hematology based on clinical utility, combining scientificity with delight to stimulate students' interest in learning, and introducing the latest advances while guided by the "three-fundamentals". In this way, we can produce high-quality physicians with solid clinical foundation.
