摘　　要： 目前我国研究生队伍日渐壮大,研究生毕业后到发达国家继续接受培养和训练的也逐年增加。本文针对中美研究生培养差异,尤其在研究生培养中的科技创新问题,学术诚信,研究生培养经费来源、培养过程及国际化,导师和学术氛围在研究生培养中的作用等进行了深入探讨,旨在提高我国研究生培养的质量,与国际接轨,创造更好学术环境,以留住和吸引人才。 With the growing number of graduate students in China, more and more students go to developed countries for advanced education and training after graduation. This paper makes an in-depth discussion of differences in medical graduate education between America and China, especially research innovation, academic honesty, funding source, education process and internationalization of graduate education, the role of mentors and academic atmosphere in graduate education. The aim of this paper is to improve the quality of graduate education in our country, keep in pace with the international standard, create a better academic environment and attract more talents.
