摘　　要： 为全面了解和掌握河南省农药残留现状及其发生原因,为河南省人民政府和相关职能部门提供可靠的管理依据,采用抽样调查方法对河南省农田农药残留状况及成因进行调查分析,并据此提出了加强政府管理职能、规范制度建设,强化农药市场管理、更新与完善农药残留检测技术,加强农户安全用药技术的宣传与培训,研发新型高效低毒农药,以及大力发展绿色农业等对策。 A sampling investigation was conducted to analyze the present situation and cause of pesticide residues in Henan province to provide a reliable basis for the people＇s government and related functional departments of Henna province.And the corresponding countermeasures were proposed as well,such as strengthening the functions of government,regulating institution building,strengthening market management of pesticide,renewing and perfecting the detecting techniques of pesticide residues,strengthening publicity and training of safe medication use for peasants,developing new-type highly effective and low-toxic pesticides,developing great agriculture.
