摘 要: 以丙烯酸共聚物、氨基磺酸、水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)、缓蚀剂D以及Zn2+增效剂等为原料,研制出一种多元复合无磷缓蚀阻垢剂。采用旋转挂片腐蚀实验、静态阻垢实验以及腐蚀电化学实验对复合无磷缓蚀阻垢剂的性能进行评定,并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对试片的腐蚀形貌进行观察。由正交实验结果得到复合无磷缓蚀阻垢剂各药剂的最佳质量比:氨基磺酸∶Zn2+增效剂∶HPMA∶缓蚀剂D∶丙烯酸共聚物=0.5∶10∶12∶1∶8。本复合药剂是一种阳极型缓蚀阻垢剂,腐蚀速率和阻垢率分别为0.017 6mm/a和96%,表现出优良的缓蚀阻垢性能。 It used acrylic acid copolymer,amino acid,hydrolyzed polymer maleic anhydride(HPMA),corrosion inhibitor D and Zn2+ synergist as raw materials,developed a multiple composite non-phosphorus corrosion inhibitor.The performance of composite phosphate-free corrosion/scale inhibitor were evaluated by the rotary hanging sheet corrosion test,and the specimen to observe the corrosion morphology by scanning electron microscope(SEM).We could see from the orthogonal experiment results that the compound non-phosphorus corrosion inhibitor's optimal mass ratios in this experiment were: Amino acid∶Zn2+ synergist∶HPMA∶corrosion inhibitor D∶acrylic acid copolymer=0.5∶10∶12∶1∶8.The pharmaceutical compound is an anodic corrosion inhibitor,corrosion rate and scale were 0.0176mm/a and 96%,showing excellent corrosion and scale performance.
