摘 要: 以无刺卡因类菠萝品种无刺卡因和皇后类菠萝品种巴厘的杂交F1群体120个单株幼苗为材料,进行叶缘类型、茎粗和最长叶的叶长、叶宽、刺长、刺间距等表型性状的分析。结果表明,无刺卡因×巴厘杂交后代群体幼苗叶缘有刺和无刺表现出符合孟德尔规律的1∶1分离,是受一对基因控制的质量性状。而幼苗茎粗和最长叶的叶长、叶宽、刺长、刺间距等性状呈连续性分布,表现为数量性状特征。其中最长叶的叶长、叶宽及茎粗3个性状具有显著的正相关;而刺间距与刺长相关性不显著。 Six traits, including leaf margin type, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, thorn length and space between thorns of the longest leaves of the 120 hybrid F1 pineapple plants from the cross of Smooth Cayene (Smooth Cayene group)×Comte de Paris(Queen group)were analyzed in this study. The results showed that leaf margin(smooth or thorny)segregated at Mendelian ratio of 1:1 in the F1 seedlings. This implied that leaf margin type was a qualitative trait controlled by a single gene. However, the values of the stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, thorn length and the space between thorns of the longest leaves showed continuous distributions, indicating that these traits were quantitative. Significant positive correlations were observed among the stem diameter, leaf length and leaf width, but there was no significant correlation between thorn length and space between thorns of the longest leaves.
