摘 要: 由于机械式变速器具有较高的传动效率,促进了当前机械化水平的快速发展,动力型与节能型动力机械广泛应用于现代机械产品中。通过对发动机万有特性分析,基于使用性能动力性与燃油经济性的要求,对发动机模型的建立方法进行了探讨,利用曲面拟合法建立了发动机万有特性数学方程,运用MATLAB工具编制了基于比油耗的发动机万有特性曲线。从分析机械动力性能入手,运用车辆行驶动力学方程,对机械式变速器换挡优化方法进行了研究,并建立了最佳动力性的挡位变换时刻曲线图,提出了换挡优化策略。运用内燃机理论,分析了燃油经济性计算方法,建立了基于油门开度的发动机特性曲线,提出了最佳燃油经济性换挡点模型和换挡优化策略。 The powerful and energy-saving machinery are widely used in modern mechanical products as to the high transmission efficiency of mechanical transmission, and which promote the rapid development of the current mechanization. The methods of establishing the engine model are discussed through the anal- ysis of engine universal properties based on the requirements of the power and fuel economy performance, the mathematical equations of the engine characteristics are established using surface fitting method,and the engine characteristics curves based on fuel consumption ratio are draw using M ATLAB tool. Through the analysis of mechanical dynamic performance, the optimization method of mechanical transmission shift is studied based on the vehicle dynamics equations, the shift time curve of the best power performance is draw,and the shift optimization strategy is proposed. The fuel economy calculation method is analyzed u- sing internal combustion engine theory, the engine characteristic curve based on throttle opening is draw, and the model of optimal fuel economy shift point is established and the shift optimization strategy is proposed.
