摘　　要： 广州黄埔古村现为高层楼宇包围的"城中村",因在广州外贸发展史上占有重要地位,早年被划定为历史文化保护区,幸免连根铲除、全部拆掉的命运。有趣的是:黄埔古村现毗邻"广交会"新展馆,有幸获得与当年十三行"港-市"关系重构的发展机遇,可望实现保护历史文化与推动游憩商业的"双赢"。对此,本文主张认定真正的保护、开发、经营主体,发挥历史文化资源优势,依托古村遗存兴办文化创意产业;发挥区位优势,把有地方性特色的游憩业嫁接到广交会的国际化会展业上;发挥通商口岸开放性的文化精神,保持古村社区空间的环境艺术魅力,有机结合城中村市政设施的改良,打造国际化的旅游品牌。 Huangpu History Village is an urban village surrounded by tall buildings,which was once a historical important trading spot in Guangzhou.. The village avoided the fate of removal due to historical and cultural protection. It is interesting that the village is located next to the Guangzhou Trade Fair. The village has the chance for redevelopment that ＂thirteen-hongs＂ had and creates a win-win situation for cultural protection and recreational business. It should affirm the main body of protection, exploitation and management, and take advantage of its location to provide recreational ground for the Guangzhou Trade Fair. It should exert the open sprit of the ports, retain the artful environment and charm of the historic village, and integrate updated public facilities in the village. Thus the village can become an international tourism brand.
