摘　　要： 从查新人员素质、客户交流、查新资源建设等方面,提出加强高校科技查新咨询工作竞争力、提高查新质量的具体措施,并针对客户群的需求,开展个性化的增值服务,如竞争情报、专利查新、SCI投稿、前景预测、专题定题服务,扩展高校科技查新机构社会化服务的途径,变被动的科技查新服务为主动,更好地与国际信息咨询服务业接轨。 There exists some problems in the novelty search basing on Sci-tech.During the construction of Sci-tech institution,the measurements of enhancing the working efficiency in Sci-tech consulting among universities and improving the quality of novelty search were proposed in the aspects of the personnel quality,customer communication and novelty search resources construction.For the customers＇ requirements,start the personal value-added services,such as the competitive intelligence,the patent novelty search,SCI submission,the perspective prediction and the thematic SDI,and expand the way of socializing the service of Sci-tech novelty search in universities,converting the passive Sci-tech novelty search service into the initiative one and then connecting with the international information consulting service.
