摘 要: [目的]为豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物在临床上的安全用药提供试验依据。[方法]将受孕0 d的母鼠随机分为正常对照组,豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物56.62、14.15、3.54 mg/kg 4个组,研究豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物对小鼠的围产期毒性。[结果]中剂量组母鼠21 d体重显著下降(P<0.05)。各试验组F1代小鼠出生胎数、0 d成活率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),而生长指数、内脏指数、游泳生存时间、生理发育指标、反射发育指标与对照组有显著或极显著差异。[结论]在该试验条件下豆类丝核菌次级代谢产物对小鼠有围产期毒性,在临床上作为抗肿瘤药物使用时孕妇应禁用。 [Objective]The research aimed to provide experimental basis for the safe application of secondary metabolites of Rhizotonia leguminicola on mice in the clinic.[Method]The gravid maternal mice were randomly divided into normal control group,group of adding 56.62 mg/kg secondary metabolites of R.leguminicola,group of adding 14.15 mg/kg secondary metabolites of R.leguminicola and group of adding 3.54 mg/kg secondary metabolites of R.leguminicola.The toxicity of secondary metabolites of R.leguminicola on mice in the perinatal period was studied.[Result]The body weight of maternal mice on the 21st day after pregnancy decreased significantly(P0.05).F1 birth number and 0-day survival rate of maternal mice in every test group had no significant difference with control group(P0.05),but the growth index,viscera index,survival time of swimming,development index of reflex and development index of physiology had significant or extremely significant difference with control group.[Conclusion]Under these experimental conditions,secondary metabolites of R.leguminicola had toxicity on mice in the perinatal period.
