摘 要: 摘要:温度是精馏塔控制效率和质量的重要参数,同时也是精馏塔系统稳定的关键参数。利用MATLAB在SIMULINK软件在仿真的环境中完成模糊规则和隶属度函数的确定,同时利用模糊控制工具箱编写模糊PID算法,然后通过VB利用Microsoft的com技术编制ActiveX控件并调用MATLAB创建的模糊PID算法,该控件嵌入到组态软件MCGS中。再通过组态软件MCGS作用在精馏塔上,完成对塔釜温度的实时控制,取得较好的控制效果。 The temperature in distillation columns is not only an important parameter to reflect control efficiency and quality,but also the key parameter to keep the system stable.By using MATLAB to determine fuzzy rules and membership fuctions in the simulation environment created by SIMULINK software,using fuzzy control toolbox to write fuzzy PID algorithm,compiling ActiveX control with Microsoft's com tecnology through VB and calling that fuzzy PID algorithm created by MATLAB,this control will be embedded into MCGS software.Then the configuration software MCGS finally woks on distillation column,achieving the temperature real-time acquisition and control,monitoring interface animation,alarm processing,real-time curve drawing and other functions.
