摘　　要： 高职院校既是技术人才培养的基地,也是科技成果转化的载体和桥梁。高职院校科技创新体系由管理制度创新系统、技术创新系统、人才培养创新系统和科技创新服务系统四部分构成,四个系统协同互动。体系的建设将从专业建设、科研团队、科研管理和技术联盟等四个方面展开,政校企所各司其职,四方联动,形成科技创新长效机制,产学创用多管齐下,立体推进,力促区域经济持续发展。 Vocational colleges are not only the base of technical talent training, but also the carriers and bridges of scientific and technological achievements. Vocational innovation system consists of four parts ： management regime innovation system, technological innovation system, training innovation system and technology innovation service system. System con- struction involves four aspects in major construction, research team, research management and technology alliance. Govern- ment, colleges, enterprises, and institutes perform their duties, build the long - term linkage mechanism of scientific and technological innovation, and promote regional economic sustainable development.
