摘 要: 荧光光谱法与高斯多峰拟合方法结合研究十二烷基苯磺酸钠(Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,SDBS)和烷基糖苷(APG)在不同混合状态下的聚集行为。以罗丹明B为探针,固定混合表面活性剂体系中APG浓度为4.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),测量体系随十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)浓度变化的荧光发射光谱。其光谱特征是罗丹明B分子二聚体发射峰和单体发射峰叠合在一起。用高斯多峰拟合实现了体系荧光发射光谱叠合峰的分峰,通过分峰后所得参数与SDBS浓度关系图,可求得混合表面活性剂体系的临界胶束浓度。 The aggregation behavior of binary surfactants such as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and alkyl polyglucoside(APG) mixed surfactant aqueous system were researched by a multi-peaks Gaussian fitting on the line shape of fluorescence spectrum. In this study, the concentration of APG was fixed as 4.0× 10^-5 mol·L^-1 and rhodamine B was used as a probe. Fluorescence spectrum of a series of different concentration SDBS were respectively measured. The spectral characteristic is that the principal peak to dimmer and sbouder to monomer of rhodamine B are overlapping. A multi-peaks Gaussian fitting was used to interpret the spectra and give the parameters of relative emission Intensity I2/I1 of two peaks, red-shift (△λ) and half-width. The critical micelle concentration of mixed surfactant can be obtained by the figures of the spectroscopic lineshape parameters versus SDBS concentration.
