摘　　要： 以半制备HPLC纯化的阴香果实花色苷为供试样品,研究其体外抗氧化活性。结果表明:阴香果实花色苷对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、羟自由基、脂质过氧化的半抑制剂量(IC50)分别为:5.46、7.60、78.25、173.74μg/mL,总抗氧化活力和还原力明显高于VC,金属离子螯合力与EDTA相当。研究表明阴香花色苷具有较强的清除自由基与抗氧化活性。 The anthocyanins in Cinnamoumum burmanii fruits were extracted and purified by semi-preparative HPLC and meanwhile,their biological activity in vitro was evaluated.The results showed that the IC50 of the anthocyanins for inhibiting DPPH radicals,superoxide anion radicals,hydroxyl radicals and lipid peroxidation were 5.46,7.60,78.25 μg/mLand 173.74 μg/mL,respectively.Their total antioxidant activity was significant higher than that of vitamin C.Moreover,their ferrous ion chelating power was similar to that of EDTA.These results suggest that the anthocyanins have strong radical scavenging and antioxidant activities in vitro.
