摘 要: 纸浆卡伯值在线检测是化工过程监测的发展需求,提出应用光纤补偿网络技术及纸浆卡伯值分光光度直接测定法,研发一套卡伯值快速测定装置,在工作机理研究基础上,重点介绍吸收波长选择、准直器对准技术、高精度宽量程模数转换、补偿网络信号识别中交直流干扰信号抑制等关键技术。结果表明,测定装置具有较高准确度、稳定性好、成本低等特点。 On-line pulp kappa number detection is the development requirement of chemical process monitoring.A rapid kappa number measurement device is achieved based on optical compensation network and spectrophotometric method of pulp kappa number direct determination.Ater analyzing the mechanism,the key technologies of absorption wavelength selection,high accurate and wide scale analog to digital technology,AC and DC noises restraining on network signal identifying are mainly studied.The results indicate that the measurement device is characteristic with high accuracy,stability,and low cost,etc.
