摘　　要： 余华的《活着》被认为是他所发表的最有影响力的作品之一。福贵,作为小说的主要人物,带领我们品味生死的意义。各种惨剧发生在他的一生中,福贵从容应对,历经坎坷,最终参透人生。本文着重解析小说《活着》所传达给读者的关于至乐,生死,及知命的主题,意从道家思想,主要是庄子的角度探析《活着》,以期更深层次地理解作者透过福贵所传达的人生意义。 To Live is widely considered to be one of the most outstanding novels ever published by Yu Hua. Fu Gui, the leading character from the novel To Live gave us a chance to taste life and death. Tragic happened to him but he obtained the meaning of life eventually. This paper sets out to analyze the main themes of To Live, namely, happiness, death, and knowing Ming, from the perspective of Taoism, Chuang Tzu in particular, to primarily get an understanding of the essence of life.
