摘　　要： "代耕农"是珠三角地区农业流动人口中的特殊群体,对当地经济社会发展有一定贡献。但其在代耕过程中引发系列社会问题,影响社会快速和健康发展。通过对惠州市博罗县石湾镇李岗村代耕农抽样调查资料的统计分析,从频率、方式、内容等方面描述珠三角代耕农生产与生活的社会生态,希望社会及政府部门关注"代耕农",认识其问题的严重性,并制定相关政策积极解决。 ＂Daigeng Farmer＂ is one of particular groups of agricultural mobile population in Pearl River Delta,and it does some contributions to the economics of local communities. However, series of social problems are caused by this group of farmers in the farming procedure. Through the statistical analysis of sample survey for ＂Daigeng Farmer＂ of Shi Wan Lee Village of Boluo in Huizhou,even from aspects of frequency, way and content for describing production and life of the social ecology in Pearl River Delta,much attention should be paid on the ＂Daigeng Farmer＂ by the society and the government sectors, realizing the seriousness of this problem and actively addressing the problem with relevant policies.
