摘　　要： 民风尚武是山西地域文化的显著标志之一,它的形成有着深刻的历史自然和人文背景,尤其和历史战争关系密切,是在战争环境中形成的区域性格。在历史进程中,由于战争在时空的分布是不平衡的,加上区域政治、经济、文化教育的影响,使得山西尚武民风在时间上呈现间断式的演变特征,在空间上形成晋中、晋南、晋北各具特色的地域风格。在现代社会中,尚武民风也在各个区域的文化中留下印迹,成为地域文化区划的依据之一。 Folk custom that esteems martial arts is one of remarkable symbols of Shanxi regional culture.Its formation has the profound historical nature and the human background,which relates in particular with the historical war closely.It is regional disposition which forms in the war environment.In historical course,the war distribution are not balanced in terms of time and space.In addition,regional politics,economy,culture and education make Shanxi esteem martial arts continously in the course of history.It forms the unique regional styles in terms of space as those of South Shanxi,Mid Shanxi and North Shanxi.In the modern society,esteeming martial arts also leaves traces of culture in each region,which becomes one of distinct regional characteristics.
