摘 要: 针对某厂#5和#6锅炉由于水冷壁发生严重的高温腐蚀,使得管壁减薄且泄漏事故,通过对水冷壁高温腐蚀部位的详细检查及分析,确认该厂水冷壁高温腐蚀产生的主要原因是百叶窗水平浓淡燃烧器的浓淡叶片位置装反及喷口处二次风口的封堵,使喷口附近水冷壁长期处于煤粉冲刷及还原性气氛中燃烧,在针对性的恢复修理后,经过半年多的运行考验,再未发现高温腐蚀。 The water wall of #5 and #6 boiler was thinned even leak out due to high temperature corrosion.On the basis of detailed inspect and analysis on it,the paper studies the main reasons of #5 and #6 boiler water wall high temperature corrosion in one plant.They include blade opposite installation in louver horizontal dense-and-thin pulverized coal burner and out the use of secondary air tuyere,which result in long-term coal powder wash and low oxygen combustion on the surface of water wall.It has been corroded for han year after being recovered and repaired.
