摘　　要： 邻苯二甲酸单-2-乙基己基酯是使用最广泛的增塑剂邻苯二甲酸二-2-乙基己基酯在体内的主要代谢产物,对人体有一定的危害.建立了一种邻苯二甲酸单-2-乙基己基酯的气相色谱-质谱联用检测方法,并采用该方法对荔枝酒中邻苯二甲酸单-2-乙基己基酯的含量进行了检测. Di （2-ethylhexyl） phthalate （DEHP） is the most commonly used plasticizer in polyvinyl chlo- ride （PVC） products. Mono（2-ethylhexyl） phthalate （MEHP） is initial metabolism of DEHP in animals and humans, which is harmful to animals and humans. The method for determining MEHP was estab- lished using GC/MS in this paper. The yield of MEHP in litchi wine was detected using this method.
