摘 要: 用木聚糖酶和过氧乙酸预处理棉秆SCMP浆,以改善后续的过氧化氢漂白性能。结果表明:木聚糖酶预处理能够明显改善纸张的物理强度,而过氧乙酸预处理对白度的提高则更为明显,木聚糖酶的最优用量为20IU/g浆,过氧乙酸的最优用量为0.9%。相对于木聚糖酶和过氧化氢的组合预处理,木聚糖酶-过氧乙酸组合的预处理更有利于后续过氧化氢漂白性能的改善。 Cotton stalk SCMP was pretreated with xylanase and peroxy- acetic acid to improve the following H202 bleaching. The results show that physcial properties of SCMP can be improved obviously by pretreatment of xylanase, brightness can be improved obviously by pretreatment of peroxyacetic acid, the optimal dosage of xylanase and peroxyacetic acid are 201U/g pulp and 0.9% respectively. For two-stage pretreatment, the following H2O2 bleaching properties can be significantly improved by first xylanase and then peroxyacetic acid pretreatment.
