摘 要: 在三种机械浆(APMP、BCTMP和CTMP)三次循环白水中培养黑曲霉产果胶酶、木聚糖酶和纤维素酶,测定白水中果胶酶、木聚糖酶和纤维素酶的酶活力,分析白水的pH、电导率、阳离子需求量和化学耗氧量的变化,讨论黑曲霉在白水中培养对白水性质的影响。结果表明:黑曲霉能够借助机械浆循环白水中的营养物生长。在APMP白水中,黑曲霉培养36h产果胶酶、木聚糖酶和纤维素酶活力最高,最大酶活分别为:1219.3IU/ml、1218.4IU/ml和253.2IU/ml。经过黑曲霉处理后,三种机械浆循环白水的COD和CD均有所下降。黑曲霉处理后BCTMP白水的COD和CD分别降低了41.7%和58.3%。 Enzyme activity and the cultivation of Aspergillus niger in white water treatment from three kinds of mechanical pulp (APMP, BCT- MP and CTMP) were compared. The activity of pectinase, xylanase and cellulase were determined by using the DNS method. The degradation of AspergHlus niger to colloidal substances in white water was discussed with the varieties of pH, conductivity, cationic demand (CD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD). The results show that Aspergillus niger can grow by means of nutrients in white water of mechanical pulp; in APMP whitewater, the activity ofpectinase, xylanase and cellulase are maximum when Aspergillus niger is cultivated 36 hours. The maximum activities are 1219.2IU/ml, 1218.4 IU/ml and 253.2IU/ml separately. While in the BCTMP whitewater, the maximum activities are 1080.1 IU/ml, 1166.9 IU/m! and 188.7 IU/ml respectively. The COD and CD in the treatment of BCTMP white water with Aspergillus niger are decreased by 41.67% and 58.33% respectively,
