摘　　要： 目的:研究调胃承气丸制备的最佳工艺条件。方法:运用正交试验法,以圆整率和均匀度的算术平均值为综合评价指标,对影响调胃承气丸制备的的4个主要因素—起模方法(A)、成型方法(B)、起模时的稀释蜂蜜与混合粉末比例(C)以及转数(D)进行极差分析和方差分析。结制备存在极显著影响。结论:筛选工艺为调胃承气丸的最佳制备工艺。 Objective： To study the Preparation Technology conditions of tiaoweichengqi pill.Methods： Orthogonal experiment which taking the entire rate and uniformity of the arithmetic mean of comprehensive evaluation index,was used to analysis four major factors： model approach（A）,molding method（B）,the ratio of dilution honey and mixed powder（C） and Rpm（D）.Results： An optimum tiaoweichengqi pill is wet particles from mold,into the mixing pan,ratio of dilution honey and mixed powder was 1∶5,Rpm was 30 r·min-1;model approach was a very significant impact on preparation.Conclusion： The screening process is an optimum preparation technology of tiaoweichengqi pills.
