摘 要: 以甲醛和亚硫酸氢钠改性的羽毛蛋白(MFP)和丙烯酸(AA)为主要原料,N,N-′亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法制备改性羽毛蛋白接枝聚丙烯酸高吸水性树脂[P(MFP-g-AA)],并用土壤稀释液微生物法,研究了羽毛蛋白基高吸水性树脂的生物降解性能。考察了,制备水溶性羽毛蛋白的最佳工艺条件为ω(亚硫酸氢钠)∶ω(羽毛)为30∶100、氢氧化钠浓度为0.45%、反应温度96℃、反应时间2 h。在此条件下合成的[P(MFP-g-AA)]树脂生物降解性能最好,其凝胶薄片在5 mL土壤稀释溶液中放置25 d,凝胶表面基本被菌落覆盖。 Modified feather protein grafted poly acrylic acid superabsorbent resin P(MFP-g-AA) were synthesized by polymerization of modified feather protein(MFP) which is modified by formaldehyde(HCHO) and ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite(K2S2O8-NaHSO3) and acrylic acid(AA) in water when N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide(NMBA) was used as cross-linking agent and ammonium persulfate(K2S2O8) and sodium bisulfite(NaHSO3) as initiator.The biodegradation of P(MFP-g-AA) were investigated with the soil microbial method.After investigating the effect factors of soluble feather protein,the results showed that the optimum hydrolytic conditions were obtained as follows: ω(sodium bisulfite)∶ω(feather)=30 : l00,alkaline solution(NaOH) concentration: 0.45 %,hydrolytic temperature 100 ℃ and hydrolytic time 2 h.Under these conditions,the P(MFP-g-AA) has the greatest biodegradation in liquid of soil.The resin slice's surface was covered by Bacteria community in 25 days with 5 mL soil diluent.
