摘　　要： 中国非政府组织的发展既生长在我国传统伦理文化的土壤中,又受到近代西方伦理思想的影响,有着深厚的伦理根基。非政府组织的发展能培育人们的公民意识、互助合作精神和社会公益精神,保障社会的稳定、和谐发展。因此,探讨非政府组织存在与发展的道德价值以及非政府组织完善与发展的途径,对于进一步发挥其在当前道德建设中的作用具有重大意义。 Our NGO,influenced by the modern western ethic thoughts,has developed in the soil of the Chinese traditional ethic culture.With deep ethical foundation,the development of NGO can cultivate the consciousness of citizens,team spirit and commonweal spirit as well as guarantee the social stable and harmonious development.Hence,it has important significance for its further action in current moral construction to discuss the moral value Of NGO existence and development and its way of perfection.
