摘 要: 传感器高精度数字转换模块由微型计算机控制,可实现高精度、宽动态范围模拟量信号(0-100 mV)的数据采集。针对工业现场使用传感器的条件,采用直流9-40 V宽电源范围供电;采用低功耗结构设计,体积小,稳定性高,安装方便;解决了工业现场各种类型传感器输出信号的数字量转换问题。为企业新产品研发和传统设备数字化改造提供了前端数字信息采集的硬件支持。 The high-precision digital conversion sensor module is controlled by computer and its object is wide dynamic range analog signal(0~100 mV) of the high-precision data collection.According to the industrial field conditions using sensors,we use DC 9~40 V wide-range power supply.It has the features of low-power,small size,high stability and easy installation,so it can meet the requirements of most environments and can solve the industrial field types of digital sensor output signal conversion.The design provided the hardware support for front-end digital information collection for the new product development and transformation of traditional equipment.
