摘　　要： 以贵州省九地州市为例,采用主观评测与客观实时监测相结合的方法,对地方政府门户网站服务公众的水平进行综合测评和排名。研究结果显示,贵州省九地州市政府门户网站在服务水平、信息资源整合、公众认可度等方面存在较大不足。应以公众需求为导向;从公众的角度设计网站的结构;提高公众网上办事的信心;利用数据分析管理技术不断改进网站;建设有民族特色的政府门户网站。 Based on the survey of nine cities in Guizhou Province and the combination of a subjective evaluation with an objective real-time monitoring, this paper offers a comprehensive evaluation and ranking of the public services of the local government povtals. Findings show that there are some shortcomings in such aspects as level of service,integration of information resources,acceptance of the public. This paper holds the views that a local governament portal should meet the public demands, design the website fit for the public, raise the public confidence in online business,improve the website throngh data analysis,and build a government portal with national characteristics.
