摘 要: 为创造小麦新种质系,利用诱变剂叠氮化钠并采用"种子处理同时鼓入空气"、"颖苞内滴加"、"生长点注射"3种方法诱变小麦"中育5号"。其中"种子处理同时鼓入空气"方法处理的"中育5号"种子出苗率高,M1代性状变异类型丰富,变异率高,是适合小麦"中育5号"诱变处理的好方法。通过对诱变后代的系统选择,选出了YZY5-1、YZY5-2、YZY5-3 3个稳定的新种质系;利用SSR分子标记检测了"中育5号"及其变异种质系的基因组DNA,引物xgwm148、xgwm428、xgwm260、xgwm469检测出了丰富的多态性片段,从分子水平上证明了叠氮化钠对"中育5号"的诱变效果。 In order to create the new wheat germplasms, ‘ Zhongyu5 ’ was induced by NaNa with three ways, including in' seed treated by NaN3 with adding air', ' Na.N3 put in glume' ,' NaN3 injected into the growing point in stem tip'. The results showed that ' seed treated by NaN3 with adding air' was the best way to induce‘ Zhongyu5 ’ . By this way, ‘ Zhongyu5 ’ had high rate of emergence and the variation rate of Ml plants were the highest and the variation type were plenty. Three unaltered germplasm lines including in YZY5-1 ,YZY5-2 and YZY5-3 were selected out by subsequent continuous selection of the variational descendants. DNA of ‘ Zhongyu5 ’ and YZY5-1, YZY5-2, YZY5-3 were detected by SSR markers to select some differential fragments by primer xgwm148, xgwm428, xgwm260, xgwm469. It fu^her attested that YZY5-1 ,YZYS-2 ,YZY5-3 came from ' ZhongyuS' induced by NaN3 at molecular level. Key words: NaN3 ; Induced variation; Zhongyu5 ; Variation descendants; SSR markers
