摘　　要： 信息素养培养和专业发展已成为计算机基础教育改革的重要内容.通过阐述计算机基础教育的意义与目标,分析了计算机基础教育的现状与不足,提出了基于"模块化"的课程改革方案. Information Literacy cultivating and specialty development has become an important part of the reform on computer public education, this paper expounds computer public education＇s meaning and goals, and then analyzed the status and shortcomings of computer public education, and proposed based on the ＂modular＂ curriculum reform program.
