摘　　要： 区域配送是普遍存在的物流活动,配送路径优化是配送系统优化的关键.区域配送中的路径优化问题实质是最短路径问题和起讫点相同的单车场非满载有时间窗约束的车辆调度问题,以H公司为例,采用Excel建模法和节约法对区域配送中的车辆路径优化进行了分析和实证研究. Regional distribution is ubiquitous as logistics activities, and the key to optimize distribution system is the distribution route optimization. The substance of the route optimization in distribution is the problem of the shortest path and the problem to dispatch vehicles that are with the same start and end point in a single field, non-full loaded, and the time window limited. Taking H company as an example, excel modeling method, and economical method used, the paper analyzes the route optimizing in regional distribution.
