摘 要: 根据汽车驾驶舱中某横梁支架的结构特点,进行了成形工艺分析,采用2副复合模完成支架的成形,通过在工件弯曲处压成形边翼增加工件的刚度,减少弯曲回弹。生产实践表明:生产的支架尺寸、形状均合符设计要求。 The forming process for a crossbeam-bracket in a cockpit was analyzed based on the product's structural characteristics. Two sets of compound die were developed for the product in which the side wings of the part were formed at the bent position that can in- crease the rigidity and reduce the bending springback.
