摘 要: 进入知识经济时代,员工成为企业知识创新的主要承担者,因此很多研究关注如何激励和促进员工的个人创新。认为个人创新既可能成为企业知识创新的推动因素,也可能成为阻碍因素。企业对知识创新的重视会增加员工以知识为基础的个人权力,这可能会带来企业内部组织政治行为的增加,形成知识创新的内耗。因此,企业在强调激励个人创新的同时,也要注意约束知识创新所带来的个人权力。 Employee is the major stakeholder of knowledge innovation while firms entering knowledge economy. Many studies focus on stimulating and promoting the individual knowledge innovation. However, this paper considers individual innovation that is likely to be drives of firm's knowledge innovation may also become impediments. Firms will increase knowledge-based personal power because of attaching importance to knowledge innovation, and this will increase the organizational political behavior which is the loss of firm's knowledge innovation. Therefore, companies should pay attention to constrain the personal power while stimulate the individual knowledge innovation.
