摘　　要： 犯罪既遂在犯罪停止形态中处于基础地位,具有重要的理论价值。站在行为人的立场,犯罪既遂的标志是发生了行为人所追求的预期结果,这是犯罪既遂的一般标准;站在立法者的立场,犯罪既遂的标志是出现了足以导致行为人所追求的预期结果发生的危险状态,这是犯罪既遂的特殊标准。 Being in the basic position in the suspended situation of intentional crime, consummation of crime has its important theoretical value. From the angle of perpetrators, the sign of the completion of crime is what the perpetrators expect to happen. This is the general standard of the consummation of crime. From the angle of legislators, the sign of the completion of crime is that a risk state which can lead to a result by perpetrators appears. It is the special standard of the consummation of crime.
