摘　　要： 文章借鉴生态位理论的基本原理,在定义高职职业文化生态位概念的基础上,从生态位视角分析高职职业文化发展的实质,并针对当前高职职业文化发展存在的问题提出相应的生态位对策。 This paper defines the niche of occupational culture in higher vocational schools by reference to the fundamental principle in the ecology position theory, analyzes the essence of occupational culture development from perspective of niche and proposes the corresponding niche countermeasures which aim at the problems existing in the occupational culture development of higher vocational college.
