加速溶剂萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱法测定电子电气产品中的六溴环十二烷异构体

摘  要: 建立了采用加速溶剂萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法测定电子电气产品中六溴环十二烷的检测方法。将粉碎后的样品以甲苯为萃取溶剂进行加速溶剂萃取,萃取液经浓缩后采用LC-MS/MS测定。采用电喷雾离子源,定性离子对为640.5/78.9和640.5/80.9;定量离子对为640.5/78.9。方法检出限:β-六溴环十二烷为0.05 mg/kg,α-、γ-六溴环十二烷为0.1 mg/kg;在0.1~10 mg/kg范围加标回收率为88.8%~104.0%;相对标准偏差为3.0%~6.5%。结果表明:该方法快速、准确灵、敏度高能,满足相关测定要求。 A method was established for the determination of hexabromocyclododecane in electrical and electronic products by accelerated solvent extraction technique combining with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) method.The sample was crushed and then extracted with toluene as the extracting agent by accelerated solvent extraction.The extract was concentrated and then detected by LC-MS/MS.Electro-spray ionization source was applied.The confirmation ion pairs were 640.5/78.9 and 640.5/80.9,and the quantification ion pairs were 640.5/78.9.The limit of determination was 0.05 mg/ kg(β-HBCD),0.01 mg/ kg(α-HBCD、γ-HBCD).The recoveries were between 88.8% and 104.0% in the spiked range of 0.1~10 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were between 3.0% and 6.5%.The experiment results indicate that the method is rapid,sensitive,accurate and can meet the correlative requirements for determination.
