摘　　要： 诚信是个体道德、职业道德与社会公德的底线,是个人和社会健康发展的必由之路,是民众幸福指数逐步提高的精神屏障。同样,谣言止于诚信。诚信一旦缺失,整个社会将落入"劣币驱逐良币"的"逆淘汰"陷阱。社会必须培养全民诚信意识,建立严格的诚信制度,以确保"失信是失信者的墓志铭,诚信是诚信者的通行证"。 Integrity is individual morals, occupational ethics and common courtesy agent, and it is individual and the social healthy development way that must be taken and the energetic barrier which the populace happy index enhances gradually. The rumor stops in the integrity similarly. Once the integrity is lost, the entire society will fall into ＂the bad money pursues good money＂, ＂the counter elimination＂ trap. Therefore, the society must raise the people＇s integrity consciousness, establish the strict integrity system, and ensure that ＂breaking a promise is the breaking a promise epitaph, and the integrity is the integrity pass＂.
