摘　　要： 项目导向型的人力资源实践教学是为实现教学目标而开发系列具体任务有机组成的一个完整过程,可以看作是由企业项目任务与人力资源实践教学体系两个系统构成,其评价指标体系包括过程评价与结果评价。在人力资源实践教学指标体系优化过程中,必须根据学生已有的知识结构,设置相匹配的教学项目及评价指标体系。 Project-oriented teaching practices of human resources is complete process to achieve the teaching goals for the development of an integral series of specific tasks,and it includes the enterprise project task teaching system and human resource practices constitute system.Its evaluation index system includes process evaluation and outcome evaluation.Practice teaching in the index system of human resources optimization process must be based on students'previous knowledge structure,and should be set to match the teaching project and evaluation index system.
