摘 要: 目前,我国职业教育集团的发展存在校企合作程度较浅、结构和功能单一、缺乏统一的标准和保障机制等问题。德国的"双元制"、跨企业培训中心和技术转移中心等职业教育集团化典型模式值得借鉴。建立有效的政府引导机制、用法制保障各方利益、灵活吸引更广泛的参与者,是完善职业教育集团管理工作的措施。 Currently, there exist many problems in the development of vocational education collectivization of China, such as the cooperation between colleges and enterprises at a superficial level, the relatively single structure and function, lack of a unified collectivization in the standards and safeguard mechanism etc. There are three main models of technical and vocational education collectivization in Germany, which are the Dual System ,the Cross-enterprise Training Centre and the Technology Transfer Centre. China's higher vocational colleges could keep improving the administration in terms of establishing an effective mechanism for government guidance, protecting the interests of all parties with the legal system, and flexibly attracting a wide range of particioants etc.
