摘 要: 为实现高精度高可靠性的追踪太阳,提高对太阳能的利用率,设计了一套基于以C8051Fa020的控制系统;该系统以C8051Fa020为控制器,通过太阳能公式计算出太阳的水平角及高度角,由程序控制水平及高度电机的转动,实现对太阳位置的精确跟踪;同时利用安装在太阳能发电架构上的编码器作为反馈,实现追日系统的闭环控制,对追日系统的误差进行校正,改进跟踪系统的精度;通过对实地太阳能架构的实验,追日系统可以精确追踪太阳位置,系统性能稳定,成本低,实用性很强。 For the high precision and high reliability of the track the sun and improving the utilization of solar energy,the paper designs a control system based on the C8051Fa020;C8051Fa020 as controller of the system,MCU through position of the sun formula,calculated the solar elevation angle of the sun and elevation angle,pitch and height of the program control the motor rotation,to achieve accurate tracking of the position of the sun;while taking advantage of solar power installed in the encoder structure as the feedback to achieve closed-loop tracking system control,it corrects the error of tracking system,to improve the accuracy of tracking systems;through the experimental field of solar architecture,tracking system can accurately track the position of the sun,system performance and stability,low cost and very practical.
